KiwiSaver and Workplace Benefits Limited (KWB Ltd) was set up in July 2007 by Keith Benfell.

Keith had several large employer clients that he had established Group Insurance and Superannuation business with over the previous 25 years. These clients now needed independent advice to help them, not only with KiwiSaver, but also to manage a tender process for their employee benefit insurance contracts.

Keith has worked as a successful Employee Benefit and Superannuation specialist with several large companies, including Sovereign, Jaques Martin, Colonial and Prudential during his career. Keith decided to resign from Sovereign in 2007 after 12 years service to deal directly with his clients and to be able to offer independent advise and assistance to them.

Keith enjoys the role of assisting Employers who want to promote their company as an "employer of choice" and to promote their benefits to their valued employees. As you will know  you need to do all you can to hold valued employees and have additional workplace benefits to attract and keep key staff.
